ACCREDITATION & FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The registration for this event must be done through the FISU Online Accreditation System, accessible through here:

The username and password needed for this system must be provided by FISU directly. If you don’t have them, please contact FISU about it and they will inform you of all necessary steps you should take.
Each country is authorised to enter a maximum of forty-eight (48) competitors (twenty-four (24) men and twenty-four (24) women) and five (5) officials.
All competitors must satisfy the following conditions:
a) Be a national of the country they represent;
b) Be at least 17 and less than 25 years of age on January 1st in the year of the event.
Every cyclist must have a national cycling licence that is valid for the year of the Championship and issued by his/her national federation, which shall be affiliated to UCI.
If you are a Media:

- You will receive a confirmation email after a new user has been created. Then you can login with this account and you can fill in media form for registration.

Participating Fee– the participation fee for all Championships is 70 EUR per day and per participant. If you register more officials than what our regulations allow, the Organising Committee is entitled to ask you a higher participation fee.
FISU Registration Fee– the FISU registration fee is 20 EUR per competitor andofficials for effective member-associations of FISU, for non-member-associations is 40 EUR. This will be collected by the FISU CIC before issuing the competitors credentials.
25% Deposit- the Organising Committees are entitled to ask you for a pre-payment of 25% of your total participation fee. This will be requested after submission of your Quantitative entry form 3 months before the event.
Accommodation Deposit- A deposit for accommodation is required, the WUC Cycling OC has decided to ask at the check-in 50€per room, in cash for a deposit in case of damages to the premises. There will be a check out procedure to clear room deposits.
Any partial or complete withdrawal unannounced by a NUSF to the Organising Committee and the WUC Department or announced less than a week prior to the start of the competition and causing extra costs to the Organising Committee can be charged at the price of 70 EUR/night/person.
